They were one of the four firms who sent me a marketing letter. That's when I knew tax appeals must be big business. Ugh, sorry about you missing the discount. I wasn't able to set it up until late last night, didn't know about it until then. But there's always next year, I should still have the coupon then. I think you don't have to check yes or no to the Tax Court question. You only have to answer the highlighted sections. I sent in my forms without checking yes or no. I just sent in the comps (there was only one good comp, so I picked a high one and a low one to average out my requested appraisal to $787k). Supposedly that is enough data for the appeal. I read your twitter post too soon (yesterday)! I used easytax yesterday afternoon without getting the discount on this post. Boooooo. Agree that there are some glitches. Was able to use my realtor, Kevin from Halliburton Homes, to get me better comps. And, I'm still waiting for a response on whether to check yes or no on the the Tax Court question on the form...no response from the support team yet. Are you sending pics in as well? Appraisal?
